Lake Mead Fish Report

Nevada Department of Wildlife

Report Date:

Due to the holidays, little has been reported on the lake action. Catfish should continue to be active in the coves using anchovies or night crawlers. For striper action, watch for boils, keeping in mind not to be too aggressive when approaching the boils. Top water lures such as pencil poppers and bomber long A's are great choices. Anglers are having some luck using live baits in Las Vegas Bay and Hatchery cove fishing deep.
