http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=537This last week fishing hasn't been at its best with the rain and wind coming through. Water level has rose a couple of feet with water temperatures still cold at 47 degrees. Drifting and cast and retrieve along the Lower Narrows and east beach seems to work best for Trout. They are hitting Kastmasters, micetails, and bright colored powerbait. A few catfish have been reported being caught on anchovies or chicken liver on the South End of the lake. Large and Smallmouth Bass have been reported biting off deep diving Crank-baits and Bass jigs along the rock walls in the Narrows. No stripers have been reported this week but best bet is to try swimbaits or anchovies in Swallow Bay and Lower Narrows.
