Frank LoPreste called in from the Royal Polaris with a trip round up, it turned out to be an excellant trip with 17 fish going over 200lbs. Jackpot went to Cathy Rounds LoPreste coming in at 282 lbs, with Eric Simonson in second coming in at 250lbs and in third was Kevin Shannon coming in at 244 lbs. This was the first long range trip for both Eric and Kevin. Lots of fun with somne picks at Wahoo, we started at Hurricane Bank with a steady scratching at fish from 70 to 180 lbs with one over 200lbs. Then at Clarion we had 1 day with 8 over 200 lbs and another day with 5 over 200lbs. We had one heartbreaker yesterday loosing one that probably would have gone over 300lbs just inches from the gaff. A lot of people make this trip as its sponsored by Accurate reels and jack Nielson who brings a ton of gear for peolple to use.
