Lake Mead Fish Report

Nevada Department of Wildlife

Reports have been light, but those coming in are that the fish are hanging deep. With the new moon on March 1, anglers may see a slight change in fish behavior. Fishing under a light or with a submersible light during a new moon is an effective way of catching stripers. With the warmer weather, anglers are already seeing signs of pre-spawning activity by largemouth and smallmouth bass.
