http://wildlife.utah.govAnglers report good fishing for trout at Farmington Pond. Bait anglers seemed to have the best success using salmon eggs, artificial salmon eggs and worms. Fly anglers have also reported good fishing using pistol petes and nymphs near the inlet. The road leading directly to the pond from the parking lot is now open. The pond is completely open water. DWR biologists are preparing artificial habitat structures that will improve fishing at the pond in the spring. Stay tuned for additional information regarding some exciting changes to the management plan for this water!
