Fishing has been good at Rockport, especially near the dam. Anglers have been successful from the shore and boats. Trolling has been really productive. A total of 80,000 rainbows were stocked last week. The docks are all in, so boaters can launch. The lake is 65 percent full, and there's a fishing contest this Saturday.
