The East is still running at 22 cfs today and is fishing pretty well. With this lower flow it's a bit technical but if you stay in stealth mode and get your bugs down to the bottom you should be able to bag some nice fish. We've had a couple good reports on streamers but most of the action has been with small midge patterns and nymphs. There hasn't seemed to be much action for dries lately, probably due to the stormy weather we've been having. Patterns to try include: san juan worm, wd-40, flashback emeger, mercury midge, tailwater tiny, zebra midge, top secret midge, copper john, zuddler, seal bugger, jj special, sculpzilla, moal leech.
