Fishing should be good, but the water is a dark green with low visibility. Anglers have reported seeing double-crested cormorants and pelicans at the ponds. DWR is looking for individuals and groups (perfect scout project!) to construct fish habitat structures to help give the fish some protection from fish-eating birds.
