It sounds like you want to be there early in the morning up until about 10am or so, and later in the evening, from about 6 to 9pm or so. The mid-day time is just not productive due to the heat. It's getting pretty cool at night so I think that's helping us out quite a bit. Small midges and caddis patterns in the am,(swimming caddis, silver streaks, WD-40's etc) and small dries like gulper specials and parachute adams in the pm. Try to get those fish in asap after hooked so they don't get too stressed and are ok when released.
