Kingston Canyon : Otter Creek Reservoir is full and spilling, so water flows are murky and up to 50 cubic feet per second. Fishing is a little tougher at these flows, but can still be good. Call the Circle Valley Anglers fly shop at 435-577-2168 for up-to-date conditions and fishing reports.
