Report Date:
http://wildlife.utah.govAnglers are catching bass and perch on the east side of the reservoir, and near the car pile. Trout fishing is fair, and PowerBait is still working best. On July 1, the reservoir was stocked with about 20,000 five-inch brown trout. With the right conditions, these browns should grow to a catchable size by next spring. Hyrum State Park will start a tagged fish contest in September. Many thanks to Park Ranger Eric Bradshaw for the report.
