Fishing is good for crappie using worms and curly tail grubs. Some anglers were able to catch good-sized smallmouth bass and a lot of crappie by fishing the top of the reservoir. One angler found schools of crappie that were hitting Mepps spinners. The schools constantly move around, though, so be prepared to hunt for crappie.
