Anglers report good fishing for tiger trout near the mouth of the inlet. One angler reported good tiger trout fishing using PowerBait from the shore, casting out and letting his bait fall to the bottom. The water level has risen about 10 feet since dewatering for irrigation discontinued. Surface temperatures are around 71°F. The water is very clear with a little algae floating on the surface near the shore. This is a great time to come out and catch tigers from the shore.
