http://www.kenssport.comThe flow on the East has dropped to 25 cfs now, the fishing is still ok down below the bridge and over on the Nevada side of the border. It's tough with the low flow but there are some fish being caught. The anglers who have been having the most success have been using dry/dropper rigs with a hopper pattern or fat albert or chubby chernobyl on top and a small midge or san juan worm underneath. Midges like flashback emergers, zebra midges and rainbow warriors have been working. The water temps are in the 60's and the fish are healthy so there's no worries there. The flows are like they usually are in the winter so you'll need to focus on the deeper pools where the fish tend to be stacked up.
