Incredible dinner we all enjoyed last night of Freshly caught Wild King Salmon over a slice of Prime Rib with a Mustard Butter Sauce! Chefs Perry and Stan sure know how to spoil us out here on the Intrepid. A big thanks again to Bob Nakaji for sharing his catch with us.. We pulled anchor after dinner and headed south as Tropical depression Simon fizzled out and the window to travel safely down opened up. Safe and sound where we chose to wait out the storm with very little effects of the storm hitting us, actually it was pretty nice all day where we chose to wait, a little rain in the morning and an afternoon wind push to the east is all we dealt with. We are all excited to get down there and see what the fish gods have in store for us after this storm. Wish us Luck
