http://renoflyfishingoutfitters.comWater temps. have dipped into the upper 50's. Fish are starting to get a little more aggressive for sure. The weeds are just starting to die back a little. Callabaetis, Blood Midges and Chironomids are all out in force, especially on non-windy days. Stripping Wiggle Tails with a smaller dropper like a Callabaetis nymph, Damsel or Snail pattern on an intermediate line is a great way to go. Hanging Nymphs and Midges under an indicator in 4-8 feet of water is also catching fish. Snail patterns are also worth a try. The mornings have still been the best time to be on the water but you can fish all day now with the lower water temperatures.
