Last week, State Park Manager Jonathan Hunt reported slow fishing. His fishing party spent four hours on the water and caught 12 cutthroats. On Nov. 13, Sergeant Stacey Jones reported good fishing in the morning, but slower fishing by midday when the wind picked up. Stacey recommends using chub meat, worms and spinners. The best places to fish are the point opposite Mountain View State Park or by the dam.
