Anglers continue to catch a variety of fish species, although fishing in general has slowed. Holdover trout, many coming in at about one pound, are holding in areas around docks and backwater holes. Panther Martins and small Rooster Tails are a good bet. If you are getting bites but no hook-ups try switching to bait. Anchovies have been the ticket for catfish and stripers. Catfish have been reeled in near the Nature Center.
