After our fantastic day of albacore fishing we decided to spend the day traveling in order to put ourselves in position for yellowtail. We took full advantage of the day and had steady fishing from daylight to dark. After two days of wide open fishing, we are now preparing ourselves for the uphill journey.

Today we had fantastic albacore fishing and enjoyed the day with people from Georgia, New York, Alaska, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Iowa and a few Californians. What an interesting collection of people who spent the day getting reacquainted (most reunite on this trip annually) and who will have plenty of fish stories to recount over dinner tonight.......
