We just came back from an great trip. We had 15 guys on a 1.5 day trip and we caught 66 really nice Albacore. That's just a little shy of limits for our guys. Just a few less break-offs and we would've limited out. The Albacore continue to be in the 20 - 30 pound range.

The weather was nice. After a few days of stormy weather the seas flattened out and the Albacore bite turned on. I know we keep saying this but this is some of the best late season Albacore fishing in a long time. We're almost at the start of autumn and Albacore fishing is still very good. You really need to get in on this action if at all possible. Multi-day trips are the best bet for good numbers of fish but the overnight boats are scoring too.

Our next open party trip is a 2 day departing Friday October 5. The price is $495 and is all inclusive.

If you can't make it out on the Coral Sea check out the Ranger 85's schedule. There are several open party trips available during the week and over the weekends.

Call us at 619-997-9993 for information and reservations.

Right now these fish are about 100 miles out, around the Cortez bank. That makes it hard for the over night boats to reach them but it's no problem for multi-day trips. Our other boat, the Ranger 85, came back to the dock this morning with......

Fishing this week has been outstanding. Most of the multi-day boats are coming back with LIMITS or near limits for their anglers. Good quality fish too. Lots of 20 - 25 pound fish with some down around 15 pounds and others closing in on 35 pounds. This is definitely the best fishing of the season. Weather and water conditions are excellent. We've sat at the dock this week because we didn't have any charters and we couldn't go on-line for......
