http://www.americananglersportfishing.comAfter a long ride up the coast, we wanted to stop and fish behind a big Island to get out of the weather and maybe catch a few fish while we were at it. We didn't arrive until after lunch which didn't give us much time, but we made good use of what daylight we had.
Our first stop we picked 45 of these beautiful grade of Yellows and we thought it was over for the day.... but it wasn't.
Right at dark we had a bite that was the stuff dreams are made of, which brought us another 35 big Yellows from sundown til dark - Wow was that fun.

Today was not much of a fishing day - we did spend 3 hours doing a little fishing and breaking down some of the big gear and then it was time to get back on the road. We have had a lot of wind last night and today and now we are working up the line. Our goal is to get up to Cedros tomorrow - do some fishing and enjoy the lee of the Island for the late afternoon.......
