http://norcal.fishreports.comThe trout bite has picked up due to plants from the Mount Lassen hatchery and DFW. Another 1,000 pound plant with 10% trophy fish goes in this week, too. Doug Caswell from Walnut Creek caught the first lightning trout of our planting season, and fishers have been doing well catching the smaller trout. Richard Peters of Concord caught a 14 pound 9 ounce catfish off the cardiac dock using chartreuse Power Bait. The water continues to cool slowly, only dropping to 65.2 degrees @ 6 feet and 65.0 degrees @ 30 feet. (925) 284-9669
