http://norcal.fishreports.comFishing continues to be excellent. Lots of 18 inch trout and quite a few between 20 and 23 inches are being caught. Trollers get most action
in the upper 6 feet of the water column. Flourescent orange continues to rule over water deeper than 35-40 feet. Pike’s Point and Bay up toward Merrill is holding some nice fish as are Christie Bay, Wildcat Point thru Lake of the Woods and Shrimp Island. Shore anglers to great at Pikes Point. Use nightcrawlers or brown or olive jigs under bobbers 3 to 5 fet deep. Bottom fishing with Power Bait (garlic, rainbow, orange) is also producing. Circus Grounds and Christie to Wildcat Point have also been great water to fish. www.eaglelakefishing.net
