There are perch to 2 pounds on the beaches outside the Gate. Bay Tackle (510) 235-2032 CRESCENT CITY: Crabbing has been fair. No limits, but near limits are common. Herring haven't come into the harbor yet. Call first. (707) 464-1650 PACIFICA: Weather is great. Fishing hasn't been Pier anglers aren't getting many crab and beaches have been slow for stripers. Rusty Hook (650) 355-8303, New Coastside (650) 359-9790 SAN PABLO BAY: No recent herring spawns. This weekend brings good tides and bite should be wide open for striper and sturgeon. Buoy 11 at the bottom of the tide has been a good spot. Head into Sonoma Creek at the top of the tide. Loch Lomond Marina (415) 456-0321 SUISUN BAY: Last weekend's sturgeon derby yielded 39 sturgeon by 356 anglers. Top spot was the Mothball Fleet and between Buoys 2 and 4.
