http://www.qualifier105.com/Today we steadily made our way north toward SD. We planned to stop and fish cod, which we did with limited success due to the windy conditions. After a few drifts we had managed to scratch up a few lings and an assortment of other flavors. As we continue north the weather is getting better all the time. For dinner we were treated to a turkey dinner with all the fixings. We had a great time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This is a great charter put on by Boss Hoag and Gary Vander Lyke (aka Cowboy) and a big thanks goes out to them for making this trip possible.

Today we did some inshore style fishing. The bite wasn't red hot but we did manage to scratch up a few halibut and a couple quality Yellowtail. All in all it was a very relaxing day spent in calm waters and beautiful weather. We are hoping that trend continues as we head up the line for SD. Thanks to a couple passengers who generously donated their halibut to the dinner, cause everyone was treated to a prime......

Everyone caught all the YT they wanted and had a blast doing it. For the most part, all you could hear was "GAFF!!!!" coming......
