http://wildlife.utah.govThere weren't many anglers fishing the reservoir when we check on March 11. The remaining ice is extremely unstable. We do not recommend venturing out on the ice at this time. The road over Monte Cristo is closed. You'll need to access Birch Creek through Woodruff, from either Logan Canyon or Evanston. Many thanks to Conservation Officer John Owen for the report.
