Capt. Bill Cavanaugh and the Amigo just got back to the dock here at Ventura Sportfishing, and the departing anglers couldn't be happier! There was a bit of a bumpy ride later in the day but that didn't stop our anglers from reaching rockfish limits, along with 25 whitefish and 2 sheephead as a bonus! 

There's still lots of the monster yellowtail out there, they just haven't decided to go wide open, but we're still trying our luck with them each time they pop up. There's gonna be big numbers of them in the counts here really soon so keep checking the reports. Better yet, jump on one of our boats and take a shot at these reel screamers yourself!
