Water conditions are great. Fishing has been fair to good all day. A small stretch of the Lower Sacramento River has been closed until July 31st. What stretch? Fishing from Keswick Dam down to HWY 44. So, if you launch at the Posse Grounds, don't throw flies in the water until you get past Hwy 44. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555
