The East is still running at 20 cfs but has fished ok again this past week. Most of the good reports we've had have come from the section below the bridge on the California side as well as downstream on the Nevada side. There's some caddis coming off already and we've had a couple decent reports on dry caddis as well as caddis nymphs. Most anglers are saying that the fish are very spooky so you really need to be in stealth mode, also that they're finding some good fish in some pretty thin water, be sure to fish the riffles, undercut banks and overhanging willows. Patterns to try include: stimulator, madam x, chubby chernobyl, elk hair caddis, e/c caddis, buckskin caddis, 3 wire caddis, bh swimming caddis, fox's poopah, white zebra midge, mercury midge, rainbow warrior, silver streak and dark lord.
