Capt Drew checked in from the Pacific Queen to report that they had a pretty good day today, not in numbers but the amount of action we found. We ended the day with 13 Bluefin Tuna from 40 to 70 lbs and 4 Yellowfin Tuna from 20 to 40 lbs , there is tons of fish around. But after mid day they shut down, but the morning made up for it and the were plenty of chances. We had a couple long fights of up to 2 hours and a few heart breaks, we can not emphasize enough how important it is to have the right gear for these fish. We do have a few trips lined up this week with room and we want to get back out there soon and get some more.
