Lake Mohave Fish Report

Nevada Department of Wildlife

Report Date:

http://www.ndow.org

Early morning has been a good time to be on the water for those seeking tight lines. Stripers are active beginning at grey light and anglers have had success working Rat-L-Traps and other crankbaits near coves. Largemouth and smallmouth bass have gone into post spawn mode and the action has slowed as a result. Anglers are still catching fish but are working a little harder for the bite. Worms fished on a drop shot and tubes are getting bites. Willow Beach is still giving up quality fish with stripers as large 19 pounds being caught during the past week. Shad imitations are fooling the fish.
