The trout bite has slowed down to a crawl people are still catching them but they are just hard to find. Fishing closer to the dam where the water is much cooler. The last plant of trout was in June. The catfish bite has increased with the warmer weather and the fact that we started planting catfish. Catfish bite on night-crawlers, chicken livers, anchovies, and baits that are stinky fish on the bottom. The crappie bite is on and the best locations are down the middle of Scow Canyon and at the boat launch area. The bite is still on for the bass fishermen.
