Hi everyone; We had an action filled day with daily limits of Yellowtail and near limits of Yellowfin tuna, along with 1 White Sea Bass. We are looking to repeat todays action tomorrow and then possible try for some exotics.

Everyone aboard by chefs Kenny Kato and Mark Pariano. The presentation, quality and taste have been amazing. Tonight’s dinner consisted of Char broiled Yellowtail with a Jalapeno onion butter over Jasmine rice on a bed of roasted sweet corn black beans with a coconut mango sauce and cilantro citrus oil. This was surrounded by 3 Jumbo Char broiled pink Shrimp….Wow.
