http://www.excelsportfishing.comCapt Justin checked in from the Excel as they started their trip offshore, we had good fishing for school size tuna and also some Yellowtail and Dorado off the kelps. We then headed to the islands for a good morning of Yellowtail fishing, the weather forecast for some breezy conditions. So we had to take a shot at the rocks and headed south and found some good Wahoo fishing for the morning and by noon the completely shut down. We are heading back to the islands for some more Yellowtail and then offshore to finish off the trip with some more tuna.

Captain Justin Fleck called in late last night with an update from the Excel. We are heading out on our Sogioka/Stires 7 day trip. We are heading to an area about 180 miles from Point Loma. There are Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail and even some Wahoo on the kelp paddies. We will update you again soon .........
