Major planting went on last week. Two thousand bluegill and 2,000 bass were planted last week. Both plants were of sub-catchable size fish. A trout plant went in Wednesday and a catfish plant went in Sunday. Bass in the 4 to 6 pound range are being caught and released at Oak Point and the Marina area. Catfish ranging from 3 to 8 pounds are being caught. Big fish of the week was a 16 pound cat. Trout bite has been slow. (925) 371-2628
