Salmon numbers improving in Benicia

Half a dozen salmon per day are being caught from the state park shoreline. Most are throwing spinners and all the fish weigh in the 12 to 16 pound range. Striper bite has been fair. Most are small keepers. Action can be had from the park to under the bridge. Benicia Bait (707) 745-4921
