Hello everyone; Well today was a fair day of fishing, with a good sign of Bluefin in our count. Most of the Bluefin were in the 40 to 50 pound range. We did get a few Yellowfin in the 30 to 40 pound category.

Around 10:00 hours our tuna fishing was at a stand still, with no fish on the meter and not hooking one for an hour, it was time to try something different. We made a short move and gave the Yellowtail a try. It was not as good as yesterday, but we did manage to put a few down in the fish hole. The grade of the Yellowtail was decent with most of the fish over 20 pounds, a few smaller one’s, but the majority was good grade.

We pulled the plug at 18:30 hours, giving the crew time to clean the boat up and get ready for a great meal. All in all our group is happy, and they look forward to next years adventure. Our ETA at Fisherman’s landing, 05:30 hours. So until tomorrow, good luck and good fishing.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
