Sorry for the hiatus in updates! As most of you have probably heard, the Shogun had an unfortunate engine problem at the beginning of our 7 day Accurate trip. We’ve been quite busy diligently trying to get it fixed this past week before our Bob Sands 8 Day charter. We were in luck and everything came together just in time for our departure yesterday. Thanks for the concerned calls and messages- we’re happy to be back out on the water doing what we love with our awesome passengers!

We left a bit early yesterday to get a head start on this year’s Bob Sands/Sal Vallone 8 day open party charter. The anglers were checked in by 8am and the boat left the dock around 9am. This group is a great mixture of anglers- we can tell it’s going to be a fun charter with good fishermen!

Yesterday we spent a nice afternoon traveling down and will continue to travel South today. The anglers are busy exchanging fishing tales while rigging up for some Wahoo action tomorrow.

Wish us luck and we will check back in tomorrow.

(FYI- The Shogun’s WIFI is down for this trip! While doing some boat work right before departure, we had a WIFI equipment failure and were unable to get it back up and running before the departure time. We expect it to be fixed very soon! In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please call our office at 619-226-8030.)

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8030 to get in on the action.

There were a few words said for our late friend George them and all the passengers took a shot in remembrance of him; one was given to the sea for George. It was now time to fish and it didn’t take long to find some biters. Every jig strike resulted......
