Salmon hanging on in Freeport

Salmon continue to be caught but in less frequent numbers. Some are dark, some are bright. Stripers are at the port of Sacramento and the Deep Water Channel. A lot of five pounders are being caught. Liberty Island is a good bet. Mudsuckers, sardines work. Sturgeon are showing in Cache Slough. Freeport Bait (916) 665-1935
