http://www.royalpolaris.comHi folks; Weather today was 15 knots of northeast breeze and warm and sunny. It was a slow day of scratching fishing. We started at about 03:00 hours and landed 8 fish most before daybreak. Jordan McCaffrey got a 278 pound Yellowfin tuna, on a PL68.
There were 5 other iron fish from 135 to 175 pounds. We ended our day with 7 Wahoo and 25 Yellowfin tuna.
Chef Mark made a amazing Pistachio Crusted Wahoo, that was deliciously moist and perfectly cooked. It was served with baby Bock-Choy, a rice cake and a mango salsa. There was an excellent sauce on the fish. The homemade bread was stuffed with Jalapenos and cheese that was melting when you cut the bread.
Hopefully our fishing will pick up or we may have to make a move.
