http://www.americananglersportfishing.comWe finished up at Benitos looking for yellows with limited success. We saw pretty good sign of fish first thing in the morning, but they didn't want to bite. We caught 25 or 30 yellows before the seals figured out that we were around. We then went out and caught some lunch fish before we took off for Cedros. We arrived at the island a few hours later and it was pretty breezy out of the northeast. There wasn't much sign, but we were able to find a kelp line that had a few nice fish. Once again it didn't bite as good as it showed, but we did manage a couple of handfuls of nice big yellows.
Skip Stenbro from Tiburon Reels made the trip fun with his nightly give aways and his charismatic attitude. We felt that this trip was a total success not just because of all the fish or the big cows, but the way the group meshed together.
There were a few different groups of Friends and Family at the beginning of the trip, but by the end there was only one big group.

We did however salvage the day, on the beach in the afternoon catching......
