http://www.lakeberryessanews.comFished Berryessa on Saturday out of Markley cove. They are at their low water ramp but it is pathed and has a dock. I got on the water at 7 and went straight to the main body. I started throwing a swimbait around an island with no luck. I tried slowing down and fished a shakeyhead and dropshot around the same island with no luck. I moved a little south and started fishing skiers cove. I fished it for three hours and did not even get a bite. I didn’t get bit till 1:30 but it was a pretty good fish, it was a 4.8lb spot that fell for a 4.8inch swimbait on a 3/8 ounce jighead. I caught him along a main lake point just across from the narrows, never even felt him bite, it just got heavy. I fished till about 4 and only caught one more fish on a drop shot. I talked to a few other anglers including David Walker and everyone had a pretty tough time. Good luck, Nick Lynch
