Early this week ice thickness was about 7-8 inches but as stated before since temps have reached 60 for the past couple of days ice may have thinned and become unstable.

Current flows are great right now and with the warmer temps during the day it is a great time to get out and fish the Big Truckee! From Glenshire down to State Line it has been pretty good for this time of year and the trout being caught look healthy.
