Hey folks- checking in from our 1.5 day trip this weekend. It was very good fishing on the yellowtail. We ended up with limits for 31 passengers. We were able to get a few really good shots on them and scratch on most of our other attempts. We caught fish on the yoyo, fly line with a sliding sinker, and even the surface iron. They reacted to the chum, boiling up and sticking around the boat. Our drifts for rockfish produced very little but we did manage to scratch out some while drifting along for yellowtail. We had 18 ling cod, 20 nice reds and 60 rockfish. We will be back out this Friday in another 1.5 day. Wish us luck and hope to you out here soon.
