http://www.excelsportfishing.comCaptain Justin Fleck called in late with an update from the Excel out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA. We had our first trip of the year. Our three day trip had very good fishing for Yellowtail down the beach. There is a lot of fish down there. We then went offshore looking for Bluefin Tuna. We saw some fish but they were off the bite.
The Excel has another 1.5 day trip then back at it with some longer trips.

Hello anglers, We swung by Cedros yesterday to break up our ride home. The yellowtail were not there in the quantity we had hoped for but the quality of fish and gorgeous weather more than made up for that. We are continuing our trek homeward today with near perfect weather. We will be arriving at Fishermans Landing (San Diego) tomorrow morning at 5:30am.
