http://www.royalpolaris.comHello everyone; we arrived to the zone in the early morning hour, and once the sun came up, we hooked our first fish. Lucky angler was Jim Mitchell. It was a nice 135 pound Yellowfin tuna.
We would keep a fish going most of the day, with a steady pick of Yellowfin tuna and a dash of Wahoo. Most of the fish were in the 135 to 170 pound category.
The largest two Yellowfin coming in today, the first was a 192 pound Yellowfin, caught by Howard Coolidge and a cow caught by Roger Hawtree, coming in at 268 pounds.
We did have a personal best, Jack “I love my Giants” Waite, with a 135 pound Yellowfin tuna.
We will give this another try tomorrow, so wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events.
