Topaz Lake is now the highest it's been in over 4 years. I expect it to reach 2012 levels, easily in the next 2 weeks. The bass are starting to show up, buggers, dead drift cray fish. Trout are trying to stay out of the cold muddy water coming in from the inlet canal. I'd have to guess in 2 weeks, we should see the carp start showing up in the shallows, for some carp fishing (if you haven't done carp fishing, come in and ask.. it's a hoot!)
