Polaris Supreme Mid Day Report
Wow what a morning. Crazy El Nino Generated Weather. Thunder Storms, Lightning Strikes next to the boat, Rain, Rain, Rain. There I said it El Nino! I don't know what everybody was waiting for. We have been driving around in 72 degree water for a month now its a steady 74 and pushing 80 east of Guadalupe Island. It's September 9th and we are catching yellowfin and bluefin 70 to 160 miles from San Diego with no signs of it slowing. Today, we have caught only rat Yellows so far but have high hopes for this afternoon.

Sunday, September 9th, 2012 Hi friends. We woke up today to a lovely Sunday brunch complete with Belgium waffles, bacon, eggs, and bloody mary's. I didn't have any. Sad face. After brunch, we were treated to all of nature's glory with rain, lightning, and thunder. Some of the strikes were less than a mile from us. Amazing. Saturday, September 8th, 2012 Hi friends. We arrived this morning from our Garry Roberts 9-day trip, wheeled up their gear and fish up to the top of the docks, and got down to business on our turnaround chores. When all was said and done, Robin Gledhill and the Blue/White group was on the boat and we shoved off the docks en route to the receivers. Our bait loading went well and we'll monitor the health of our sardines throughout the trip.......
