https://www.intrepid.netWe started our day today on a pristine ocean. Over the night we had lost all of our wind and awoke to grease calm water. Driving around just before first light we located a nice school of bluefin. Unfortunately, it didn't bite. We did land a nice bluefin on the next spot that we located, a 60 pound fish. The rest of the day was spent stopping on spots of bluefin that didn't bite and trying floating kelp paddies. Throughout the day we managed 14 nicer grade yellowtail (15 to 25 pounds). The weather remained beautiful all day long and although the fishing wasn't what we were hoping for, the group had a lot of fun. Tonight's dinner was a spectacular prime rib dinner with garlic mashed potatoes prepared by chef Perry. We depart on a Baja Fish Gear/Bait Wrap Lures sponsored 5- day trip tomorrow. The Intrepid Team
