The recent planters, brings the big boys up from the bottom to feed early AM and early evening best time around the boat dock. Only smaller aluminum boats(12-14’) can launch from unimproved ramp at the outlet entrance. Jigging big spoons around Rocky Pt. off bottom have had success.
